How was Between Hosts born?
Entre Anfitriones was born from the challenges faced when starting out in the world of short-term rentals without any experience. Like many hosts, I found myself navigating uncharted waters, without clear guidance or a reliable source of information. I quickly realized that there was a lot of practical and useful information missing; So, through trial and error, I acquired the knowledge that has transformed the way I manage my properties today. That's why I created this space: to share with you what I've learned. And to be that source of information that, under my own need at that time, I realized was missing.

About Me...
Hello, I'm Iris Andújar, host of El Guaraguao Accommodations and creator of Entre Anfitriones. I am from Puerto Rico and I do this work from the Western area, specifically in Aguadilla with the intention of capturing the essence of our town and sharing it with the rest of the Island and the world. My journey into the world of short-term rentals began after many years of traveling and experiencing various stays as a guest. These trips allowed me to get up close and personal with guests' expectations and needs, which has been invaluable to my career as a host. ​
Since I decided to embark on this adventure, I have learned firsthand what works and what doesn't. My experience as an Airbnb host and in short-term rentals has taught me the importance of attention to detail and dedication to delivering a memorable stay. My goal is to share with you everything I've learned, from effective strategies to improve the guest experience to the tools and products that make property management easier.
